The brief was to capture the essence of the Mornington Peninsula region in Australia to feature throughout the magazine’s winter issue. This area, voted one of the must-see destinations by National Geographic in 2015, is a popular luxury getaway for Melburnians, known for its exquisite hinterlands and world-class wine tasting.
Much like the winter issue, the brief was to capture the vibe of summertime on the Mornington Peninsula: the beer drinking, beach-going, summer-loving spirit of this region of Victoria.
As part of a social media campaign to bring tourists to this southern island in Australia, Tasmania Tourism sent me on a three day road trip through the west of the island to capture the beautiful natural environment and the empty roads of this area. Read a story from the trip here.
Brand USA sent me on a road trip through the Midwest to snap some colourful imagery for their website and social media channels, as part of a digital campaign to attract visitors from Australia to the United States.
Intrepid sent me on a twelve day tour of Borneo, where I hiked 4,095 metres to the top of Mount Kinabalu and captured photos at sunset for Intrepid to use in their marketing materials and on their blog. Read a story from the trip here.
